Mico is a down to earth, honest straight shooting guy. Too many residential agents are salesy and 'shiny' and that is not what we needed/wanted or what we were after. Every buyer would like to have paid half what they did. Every Seller would like double. In the end, we were able to make an informed, fair market decision and successfully wrap up the process in a matter of weeks, rather than some of the other nightmares we hear about (6 months to 2 years in the market trying to buy and sell).

Mico has been a huge help and really amazing Realtor. Me and my boyfriend recently decided to look for a new place. When we went through the list at 10 pm, we found a house that looked like our dream house. Mico was able to schedule a viewing for the next day in the morning at 10 am and as crazy as it sounds, we have been able to buy our dream house and hopefully forever home that same day! There is no way we would have been able to do that whitout him. That is not all, the current condo we are living in had to be sold as well. Mico has great connections which caused over 15 viewings within 3 days as well as selling it for 100K over asking (also within those 3 days)! Not to mention that 2 other condos in the same building and same week were sold for 40K less.
